During your appointment

  • I absolutely love talking (some say I can get paid for it!) but be mindful that movement and physical expression during your appointment will eat away at our scheduled time and minimize my ability to perform with as much detail as I’d like to.

  • Please inform me immediately if something doesn’t feel quite right. It could be how tight your cape is EVEN if you completely change your mind - I don’t care. Say something! You are entitled to feel safe & comfortable throughout the process but I can’t read minds (even though that would be RAD)! I want you to feel empowered to speak up, and we can figure out a way together to make it happen.

  • Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. TRUST THE PROCESS. When in doubt - talk it out! You don’t HAVE to do anything you aren’t 100% certain on.

  • The beauty of your hair story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and we can evolve with it. I always check in at the beginning of the appointment and make for certain that you are ready to proceed or if any changes need to be addressed.

  • Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now.

  • Try and enjoy the journey as we work together to make your goals achievable while maintaining as much health as possible. True luxury lies in simplicity, health, and function balanced together. If something isn’t sitting right after your appointment, contact me right away.

This allows me to customize each appointment around your individual hair, your goals, and the techniques required to create your desired result.

HOW TIME-BASED PRICING WORKS

Every head of hair is different. Your appointment time is determined by factors such as length, density, previous color, current condition, and your desired result.

For new guests or significant color changes, a consultation may be recommended so that the appropriate amount of time can be reserved.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If additional time is needed to safely and successfully achieve your desired result, additional time may be recommended and added to your appointment.

Time-based pricing allows me to focus on the work your hair actually needs rather than fitting your hair into a predetermined service category.
